Eligibility to use services

Services and content are intended for adults seeking legal information or assistance with pension-related issues in Thailand. Use by ineligible persons is not permitted.

Users must be of legal adult age in their jurisdiction to enter into contracts for paid services. For informational content, parental or guardian consent may be required for minors depending on local law.

Users must use the services lawfully and not for any unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Users agree to comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction and in Thailand.

Availability of certain services may be limited by local regulations. viflour may decline to provide services in jurisdictions where local law prevents such provision.

Account information

Where an account is required to access services, users are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information and for keeping account credentials secure.

Users must provide complete and accurate information in profiles and communications. Incorrect information may affect the quality or availability of services.

Protect account credentials and notify viflour promptly of any suspected unauthorized access. viflour applies reasonable security measures but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials arising from user negligence.

Accounts and access rights are personal and not transferable without prior written consent from viflour.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact viflour immediately using the contact details provided in these terms so appropriate measures can be taken.

viflour may suspend or restrict account access for suspected misuse, security concerns, non-payment, or other legitimate reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable.

Scope of services

viflour provides informational content about legal issues affecting pensioners and may offer paid legal consultations and document preparation through qualified advisors. Specific services and deliverables will be described in individual engagement agreements.

Service features, scope, and availability may change. When changes materially affect paid services, viflour will communicate relevant updates to affected clients.

Service availability depends on operational hours and the availability of qualified advisors. Appointments and response times are subject to scheduling and may vary.

User responsibilities and rules

Users must follow rules designed to protect integrity of the service, staff, and other clients. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Submitting fraudulent or intentionally false information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or interfering with service operations.
• Using the service to harass or discriminate against others.
• Uploading or sharing content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Sharing account credentials or impersonating others.
• Soliciting or offering services in ways that breach platform guidelines or local law.
• Violating any applicable law in the course of using viflour services.

User-provided content

Users may provide content such as documents, case details, or messages in connection with services. Such content must be accurate and lawful.

Users retain ownership of their user content unless otherwise agreed in a separate engagement agreement. By submitting content, users represent they have rights to share it.

By submitting content, users grant viflour a limited, non-exclusive license to use, copy, and store the content solely for providing requested services and for internal recordkeeping.

Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content they provide. viflour is not responsible for errors or omissions in user-provided materials.

viflour may remove user content that violates these terms or applicable law. Requests for removal of content should be submitted to the contact details in these terms.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, templates, and proprietary materials provided by viflour remain the intellectual property of viflour or its licensors. Users may not reproduce or distribute protected content without prior written consent.

• Do not reproduce viflour copyrighted materials without permission.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or attributions from materials.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary templates or code.

Paid services

Paid services include consultations, representation arrangements, document drafting, and other legal support offered by viflour or its affiliated advisors. Fees and terms for each service are set out in the engagement agreement.

Pricing is provided in the service description or engagement document. Fees are stated in Thai baht or another currency as agreed and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Payments are due as described in the engagement agreement. Acceptable payment methods are outlined at the time of purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Subscription or retainer services are governed by the terms specified in the subscription agreement, including billing intervals, cancellation rights, and scope of services.

Refunds, if any, are described in the engagement agreement. Refund decisions are made based on the nature of the service delivered and any applicable consumer protection laws.

Cancellation policies are specified per service. Where services are time-booked, notice requirements and any applicable fees will be provided in advance.

Clients are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges applicable to paid services under Thai law or the client’s jurisdiction.

viflour may adjust prices for services; existing engagements will follow the pricing terms in the applicable engagement agreement unless otherwise stated.

Non-payment may result in suspension of access to paid features, withholding of deliverables, or referral to collections as permitted by agreement and law.

Disclaimer

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, viflour is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Liability for direct damages is subject to the limits specified in any applicable engagement agreement and prevailing law.

Third-party services

viflour may rely on third-party providers to perform certain services. References to third parties are for convenience; viflour is not responsible for actions of independent third-party providers beyond contractual obligations it may have with them.

Termination of services

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the engagement agreement. viflour may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or unlawful conduct.

On termination, outstanding fees and obligations remain due. Access to certain documents or services may be revoked, subject to legal or regulatory record retention requirements.

Privacy and data protection

Use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using services, users consent to processing of personal data as described in the privacy notice and engagement agreements.

Communications and notices

Notices and communications may be delivered electronically, by postal mail to the address on file, or by other means specified in an engagement agreement. Electronic communications are effective upon transmission.

Changes to terms

viflour may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by the laws of Thailand, except where mandatory legal rules require otherwise.

Dispute resolution

Disputes should first be raised with viflour to seek resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings under Thai law as set out in the engagement agreement.
